These Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between nexpire s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) for the provision of subscription-based services. By subscribing to the services provided by nexpire s.r.o, the Subscriber agrees to adhere to these Terms.
1. Subscription
1.1 Subscription Service: The Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the services provided by nexpire s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) by paying the applicable subscription fee.
2. Cancellation and Pause
2.1 Cancellation and Pause Option: The Subscriber has the right to cancel or pause their subscription at any time.
2.2 Pause and Resume: Should the Subscriber choose to pause their subscription, they can later resume the subscription at the same rate as before. Please note that the charge for the paused duration will be applied after resuming.
2.3 Impact of Cancellation on Rate: In the event of cancellation, the rate for the Services may vary over time. Upon resubscribing in the future, the Subscriber might be subject to a different subscription fee.
3. Provider’s Rights
3.1 Provider’s Cancellation: nexpire s.r.o reserves the right to cancel a Subscriber’s subscription at any time, for any reason. Such cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of the ongoing subscription cycle.
3.2 Notification of Cancellation: In the event of a subscription cancellation initiated by nexpire s.r.o, the Subscriber will receive notification via email or another designated communication method.
4. Changes to Services and Rates
4.1 Service Modifications: nexpire s.r.o reserves the right to make changes, enhancements, or discontinuations to any aspect of the Services.
4.2 Rate Adjustments: nexpire s.r.o reserves the right to modify subscription rates with prior notice to Subscribers.
5. Payment
5.1 Subscription Fees: The Subscriber agrees to pay the stipulated subscription fee as indicated during the subscription sign-up process.
5.2 Payment Method: Payment will be processed using the payment method specified by the Subscriber during sign-up.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 nexpire s.r.o shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between nexpire s.r.o and the Subscriber regarding the subscription services.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By subscribing to the services provided by nexpire s.r.o, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
